Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement", "Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "You") and Ajaib88 (hereinafter "Ajaib88", "the Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services accessible at https://ajaib88.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile applications.

By creating an account, accessing any page of the Ajaib88 platform, or using any product or service offered by Ajaib88 — including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, esports wagering, and promotional offers — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Ajaib88 is an English-language online gaming platform designed for and targeting the Malaysian market. All services are provided in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless explicitly stated otherwise. These Terms are governed by the principles of internationally recognised gaming standards and applicable laws as further described in Section 14 below.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned below:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with Ajaib88, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Ajaib88 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned in accordance with applicable policies.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural legal persons may not register as Players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of Ajaib88 or any affiliated entity.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into and be bound by this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the Platform or any affiliated gaming service, unless that self-exclusion period has fully expired and the exclusion has been formally lifted in accordance with Platform policy.

Account Registration & KYC

All Players are required to complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration — including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address — is accurate, current, and complete. Ajaib88 reserves the right to verify any such information at any time.

Ajaib88 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Before processing any withdrawal, and at the Platform's discretion for deposits above specified thresholds, Players will be required to submit satisfactory identity documentation including:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport (front and back, clearly legible).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill (TNB, Syabas, Unifi), bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within three (3) months, showing the Player's name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of the Player holding their identity document, with face clearly visible and matching the document photograph.
• Source of Funds: Where required under enhanced due diligence procedures, documentary evidence of the source of funds being deposited.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request will result in that request being placed on hold. Ajaib88 will not be liable for any delay in processing withdrawals attributable to incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation. Typical verification time is 24–48 hours from receipt of complete documentation.

Terms of Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Ajaib88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any content, software, or intellectual property forming part of the Platform.
• Access the Platform using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or any other non-human browsing technology without the prior written consent of Ajaib88.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software underlying the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a business that markets gambling services using Ajaib88 content without an express written affiliate or partnership agreement.
• Share, sell, or transfer access to your Account to any third party for any reason.

Ajaib88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, and to void and confiscate any funds or winnings, where it reasonably determines that the Platform has been used in breach of these Terms of Use.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Ajaib88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time at the Platform's discretion.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: RM30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent) unless a specific promotion specifies a higher minimum.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM50 for standard bank transfer methods; RM30 for e-wallet withdrawals. Cryptocurrency withdrawal minimums are stated separately in the Platform cashier.
• Processing Time — Deposits: Instant for e-wallets and DuitNow; 5–15 minutes for FPX and bank transfers, subject to the processing bank's schedule.
• Processing Time — Withdrawals: Verified accounts with Gold or Diamond VIP status benefit from expedited processing. Standard accounts should allow up to 24 hours for withdrawal processing following KYC clearance.
• Withdrawal Method Consistency: Ajaib88 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as an anti-fraud measure.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation and credited to the Player's Account in MYR.
• Fees: Ajaib88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which Ajaib88 accepts no responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

Ajaib88 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above only. Players in Prohibited Jurisdictions are excluded from all promotional offers.
• Each Player may claim each specific promotion once unless the promotion terms expressly permit repeat claims. Duplicate accounts created to claim additional bonuses will result in permanent suspension.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Typical wagering requirements range from 8x to 35x, depending on the promotion type.
• Wagering requirements apply to the sum of the deposit amount and the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to live sports betting, some live dealer variants, and progressive jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements, or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, unless Platform policy expressly permits partial withdrawals.
• Ajaib88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the Platform's obligation to honour commitments already made to Players who have commenced wagering on an active promotion.
• Promotional bonuses may not be combined with other active bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the Ajaib88 Platform is subject to the Game Rules applicable to each product, which are accessible within the relevant game interface or sports betting market. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any Game Rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the Game Rules expressly state otherwise.

The following general betting rules apply across all products on the Platform:

• Finality of Results: The outcome of any game or betting market is determined by Ajaib88's certified game systems or, in the case of sports betting, by the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the Platform. Such determinations are final and binding.
• Connectivity: Ajaib88 accepts no liability for bets or games interrupted due to the Player's internet connectivity failure. It is the Player's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection. Bets placed and confirmed by the system prior to a disconnection remain valid.
• Minimum/Maximum Stake: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed in the game interface and may be modified at the Platform's discretion, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.
• Obvious Errors: Ajaib88 reserves the right to void any bet placed or payout issued as a result of a manifest error in pricing, odds, game configuration, or platform software. Where practicable, affected Players will be notified and their original stake returned.
• Suspicious Activity: Bets identified as placed in connection with match-fixing, cheating, bonus abuse, or any other form of fraud may be voided and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Ajaib88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may result in civil or criminal referral:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating multiple accounts or facilitating account creation for third parties.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic exploitation of promotional terms, arbitrage wagering, or coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting.
• Using any software, tool, or strategy — including artificial intelligence systems, betting bots, or predictive algorithms — to gain an unfair systematic advantage over the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in poker or other competitive game formats.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate deposits via payment providers without first following the Platform's dispute resolution process.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff, agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Ajaib88 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, user interface design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of Ajaib88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of Ajaib88.

The "Ajaib88" name, logo, and associated brand elements are proprietary marks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or printed materials — is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ajaib88, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliated entities shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic loss, whether or not Ajaib88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether arising from technical failure, maintenance, regulatory action, or force majeure events beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Decisions made by a Player in reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate due to data feed errors or delays.

In no event shall Ajaib88's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Responsible Gambling

Ajaib88 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling. We provide a suite of player-protection tools that are available to every account holder at no cost and without restriction. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps, effective immediately upon request and irrevocable for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions, after which the Platform will automatically log the account out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which deposits and gameplay are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform, available for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications displayed at configurable intervals reminding Players of elapsed session time and net wagering activity.

Players who believe their gambling habits may be causing harm are encouraged to review our dedicated Responsible Gambling page and to contact our support team to activate any of the above tools without delay. Ajaib88 strictly enforces all player-protection tool requests and will never attempt to persuade a Player to reverse a self-exclusion or reduce a deposit limit.

Account Suspension & Termination

Ajaib88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, and to withhold or forfeit any associated funds, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• KYC documentation submitted is found to be false, forged, or otherwise misleading.
• The Account is identified as being associated with fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• A chargeback or payment reversal is initiated by the Player or their payment provider against a confirmed deposit.
• A Player is identified as falling within a Prohibited Jurisdiction or being below the minimum age of 21.
• The Platform is required to take action by a regulatory authority, court order, or other legal obligation.
• The Account is found to be a duplicate of an existing account held by the same individual.

Where an Account is suspended or closed for reasons other than proven fraud or Terms breach, any verified Real Money Funds balance (net of any bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting Ajaib88 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable Game Rules.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of internationally recognised gaming standards applicable to online gaming operators, as well as any applicable laws referenced in the Platform's licensing documentation.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and Ajaib88, the Player should first contact Ajaib88 Support to seek informal resolution. The Platform commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 3 business days and to providing a substantive response within 14 business days. Ajaib88 will investigate all disputes thoroughly and impartially.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral institution specified in the Platform's operational documentation, with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Amendments

Ajaib88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect Players' rights, obligations, or the conditions under which they may access Platform services — Ajaib88 will provide at least 14 days' prior notice via email to the address registered on the affected Account or by way of a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, updated contact details, or clarifications that do not change the substantive effect of any provision) may be made without prior notice. All amendments take effect from the date stated in the updated Terms, which will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure prior to the effective date.
